Layout Traditional House of Kudus

Layout Kudus traditional house looks simple, and comprises several rooms namely: Jogo satru that front room which now functioned as a living room. Inside the room there is a single pole satru Jogo called Soko Geder. Space in the (core) serves as the rooms and gedongan (main room) which is used to store wealth, and as head of the family bedroom.
The space in this building there is a framework that is supported by four pillars. At the top there is a fourth pillar Overlapping Pangeret Songo (nine layers) are getting to the top is getting smaller. Pawon (family room) is used for family activities (dining room, children's playroom and kitchen).
As the completeness of the traditional architectural style of the traditional house there are Pakiwan (in the form of wells, bathrooms and padasan / place wudlu) usually located in front of the house to the left parallel to pawon. In general, the traditional house is always facing south because:1. Morning sunlight can enter into the house so that the health of its inhabitants is guaranteed.2. When the dry season tritisan front of the house is not directly exposed to the sun so it stays cool3.
